Flagstick Golf Magazine was founded in 1996 in Ottawa, Ontario.
Originally a print publication focused solely on the Eastern Ontario, Ottawa, and Outaouais golf markets, in time it became the core for various other media ventures.
Flagstick.com became the company’s online presence almost immediately and has been transformed a number of times through the years. As the digital arena developed we adapted along with it to expand our reach to other platforms of a more interactive variety. Today you can find Flagstick’s presence on YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, mobile apps for both iOS and Android devices, and more.
Always focused on in-depth coverage of the game with a priority on the grass roots of the sport, that intention has propelled us to expand our reach significantly.
Today, in addition to the ever-expanding digital and social media presence we continue to publish multiple print issues of Flagstick Golf Magazine, a Flagstick For Women Annual, specialty publications, as well as the official magazine of the Golf Association of Ontario, the Ontario Golf News.
In addition to these efforts we also operate Flagstick Consulting & Design and Flagstick Golf Photography.
As much as Flagstick has progressed our focus will always remain to provide services and products that enhance and support golf.
