It's that time of year when math becomes exceptionally important for Web.com Tour player Brad Fritsch.

The Manotick, Ontario-raised golfer is vying for PGA Status for 2016 through the Web.com Tour Finals, seeking 25 remaining cards that will be awarded to the top 25 players after the completion of the four Finals events.

The first event, the Hotel Fitness Championship, finished up Sunday with Fritsch earning a 15th place overall.  He did so after shooting 279 (71, 64, 75, 69) over the Sycamore Hills Golf Club layout in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The good news for Fritsch is that four of the players who finished ahead of him have already earned PGA Tour cards through the Top 25 of the regular season. That means Fritsch stands 11th on the ranking of the top 25 players who will earn 2016 PGA TOUR status through the Finals with three events remaining.

The Finals now moves to Davidson, North Carolina for the Small Business Connection Championship at River Run.
