It’s PGA Merchandise Show Week

Flagstick has arrived in Orlando.

Publisher Jeff Bauder and Editorial Director Scott MacLeod are in Florida this week to attend the annual PGA Merchandise Show. The biggest golf trade show on earth brings over 40,000 people who work in the golf industry to a meet up at a showcase of more than 1000 golf companies.

Although the actual show starts with a demo day on Wednesday, followed by three days of floor time in the Orange County Convention Centre, team Flagstick have arrived early for other meetings and product trials.

Flagstick will have a variety of coverage this week on Flagstick.com and via Twitter.com/Flagstick. The guys say they will be filing stories, photos, and video as well as developing features for upcoming issues of Flagstick Golf Magazine.

The team have an array of interviews and meetings set-up including time with the head of Nike Golf, Cindy Davis, TaylorMade CEO Mark King, and one on one time with Titleist wedge guru Bob Vokey.

Other companies/golf people they are scheduled to be in close touch with include Adams Golf, Tour Edge Golf, Sun Mountain, SkyCaddie, UST, ACCRA, Miura Golf, Boccieri Golf, Quagmire, Kikkor Golf, ECCO, Cobra Puma, FootJoy, Fourteen, STX, and a variety of others.

It will be a busy week for the guys so stay tuned for their coverage which is sure to contain some surprises, as it always does.
