One year ago Brittany Henderson of Smiths Falls, Ontario was winning the first significant win of her professional career at the Black Bear Golf Club near Orlando, Florida.  She did so with her younger sister Brooke Henderson, then an amateur, as her caddy.

This year Brittany will need to fend off her 17-year old sibling (now a professional) as a competitor if she plans to defend the SunCoast Series title. Play begins Tuesday for the first of four scheduled rounds.

Brittany will tee off at 8:35 a.m. for the 1st round off the tenth tee.

She will be among seven Canadians in the field, including, as previously mentioned, her sister Brooke, who missed a playoff on the SunCoast Tour just last week, ultimately finishing 3rd for the second SunCoast tournament in a row. Those two finishes followed her win on the tour earlier in the year.

Brooke will tee off at 8:44 a.m. for the 1st round, off the 1st tee.

The other Canadians in the field include Alison Timlin of Ottawa, Chelcia Petersen of Alberta, Kirby Dreher of British Columbia, along with Sabrina Sapone and Anne-Catherine Tanguay, both of Quebec.
