COBRA PUMA Golf Canada Lends Support To Nova Scotia Junior Golf Promoters

Todd & Jeff Bishop

They are two companies with an aligned focus so it makes sense that the folks behind the wildly successful Dormie Workshop, a premium headcover company based in Nova Scotia, and COBRA PUMA Golf should formalize a partnership.

It was announced today that they have done just that.

The Halifax-based company is owned and operated by Todd & Jeff Bishop. The Bishop brothers, both PGA Professionals, have been strong advocates for golf. They have even been behind the creation the “Dormie Junior Golf Team” in their home province.

The new partnership will see both pros become COBRA PUMA Golf ambassadors through the company’s Canadian division. The equipment company will step up with support of the junior golf programs and initiatives as the brothers continue to develop them.

“I think COBRA PUMA really fits both myself and Todd,” says Jeff Bishop. “They are a company that doesn’t do things like all other golf brands, they think differently and they deliver amazing products that work and look great. This is what we like to think we do at DORMIE Workshop and with our junior development programs.”

“The Bishop Brothers story is awesome,” said Dave Burgess, Director of Marketing for COBRA PUMA GOLF Canada. “Todd & Jeff undoubtedly have an amazing business acumen. More importantly they have an incredible passion for the game of golf and a desire to give back to the game with their junior development programs.” Burgess continues, “I truly think that our brand mantra of Game Enjoyment totally aligns with Todd and Jeff’s values with both DORMIE WORKSHOP and their junior program, the fit couldn’t be better.”

Both Todd and Jeff will wear PUMA Golf apparel and footwear and will play a full bag of COBRA golf equipment through the 2017 season.
