Smiths Falls To Celebrate The Henderson Sisters

Smiths Falls, Ontario will be Henderson party central on Friday, September 9th.

The eastern Ontario town will welcome home LPGA major champion Brooke Henderson and formally acknowledge the recent efforts by her and older sister/caddy, Brittany Henderson.

The celebrations will have a red and white theme (fans are encourage to wear the colours) and will take place in Centennial Park. It can be located on Confederation Drive in Smiths Falls. If heavy rain should arrive then the event will be moved to the Smiths Falls Memorial Community Centre.

Smiths Falls’ Mayor Shawn Pankow says he and the Town staff welcome everyone to join in the festivities. “Brooke is a dynamic young woman and incredible ambassador for the town,” Mayor Pankow stated. “The accomplishments of Team Henderson are cause for celebration.”

The event is intended to start at 11:00 a.m and will include live entertainment. It is scheduled to conclude by 2:00 p.m.
