The club champions from the Ottawa Valley Golf Association descended on the Greyhawk Golf Club in Cumberland, Ontario on October 2nd to compete in the annual Tournament of Champions. The Carleton Golf & Yacht Club Ladies Senior Intersectional team were the winners in “A” Division of the Ottawa Valley Golf Association Senior Ladies Intersectionals sponsored by Flagstick Golf Magazine at Rivermead Golf Club. Carleton finished with 30 points, three ahead of Rivermead with Camelot in third with twenty and Arnprior fourth with seven points. Allen McGee’s quest to win six consecutive Ottawa Valley Golf Association Men’s A Class City & District Championships is very much alive.
