CLUBLINK ACQUIRES HERON BAY GOLF CLUB IN CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA
ClubLink announced today that it has acquired Heron Bay Golf Club in Coral Springs, Florida, 30 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale, for approximately US$3 million from HB Partners I, LLC. Heron Bay is ClubLink’s sixth 18-hole equivalent championship golf course in the Florida Region.
Designed by 10-time PGA Tour winner Mark McCumber, Heron Bay was named one of America’s 10 best new public golf courses when it opened in 1996. Heron Bay Golf Club is adjacent to the Marriott Coral Springs Hotel and Convention Center, providing an ideal venue for visiting golfers taking advantage of stay-and-play packages.
Heron Bay will be operated as a “hybrid” golf club, meaning it will offer ClubLink membership in addition to premium daily-fee golf.
