Diane Dolan will have a five stroke lead to start the final round of the Ottawa Valley Golf Association Ladies’ City & District Championship.
The Quebec Provincial Senior Team member blitzed the Prescott Golf Club in 72 strokes on Monday in the opening round of play.
Dolan’s nearest pursuers for the final round at Outaouais Golf Club will be Lise Jubinville of Carleton Golf & Yacht Club, who opened with a 77, and Pam Fraser of Rivermead who shot 79. The only other player to shoot less than 80 in round one was Kimberley Simard of Greensmere Golf & Country Cub with a 79.
