Three pros from Eastern Ontario made the 36-hole cut at the Canadian Tour Championship in Windsor.
Brad Fritsch of Manotick leads the way for the trio. He opened with 66 and 69 and shares 20th place as the weekend begins. That puts him 7 shots off the lead held by Erick Justesen on Calfornian.
Ottawa-born Scott Hawley is tied for 37th (68-69) while Kingston’s Brad Revell sits in a share of 47th (69-69).
It’s a big weekend for Revell – he was 102nd on the tour’s Order of Merit heading into the tournament and needs to get into the top 80 to retain his full Canadian Tour card for 2012.
