Gatineau’s Bussieres Moving Up

A second round score of 69 pushed Gatineau’s Marc-Etienne Bussieres up the leaderboard on Friday on the NGA Pro Golf Tour.

Playing the Mountain Lakes Classic in Seneca, South Carolina, the former Quebec Golfer of the Year shares a tie of 19th place after two rounds on the Cross Creek Plantation Golf Course.  He was in a tie for 30th place after round one.

Bussieres shot 72 in that opening round and is at 1 under par total after 36 holes.  He is eight strokes back of leader Nick Rousey of Florida.

In five events so far this spring on the former Hooters Tour Bussieres had made every cut.
