Howlett Wins Camden Braes Senior Field Day

On Tuesday, June 21st as the Camden Braes Golf & Country Club in Odessa, Ontario is celebrating 35 years, they held their 32nd Annual Seniors Men’s Field Day .  It was a beautiful day with golfers coming from 16 different courses as far away as Cobourg,ON., with repeat golfers attending the tournament for their 23rd consuctive year.

The tournament went to a playoff hole between Phil Howlett and Bob Foster, with Phil Howlett from Trillium Ridge winning overall.

50-59 age group

1st Low Gross John Hayes – Picton, 1st Low Net Gilbert Tayles – Garrison

2nd Low Gross Frank Hartin – Garrison , 2nd Low Net Brian Vermeersch – Bancroft

3rd Low Gross Geoff Henning – Garrison, 3rd Low Net Glyn Caird – Garrison


60-64 age group

1st Low Gross Bill Blake – Garrison, 1st Low Net Dave Cashman – Inverary

2nd Low Gross George Derue – Rivendale, 2nd Low Net Murray Kinnear – Picton

3rd Low Gross Allen Laanemets – Bay of Quinte, 3rd Low Net Greg White


65-69 age group

1st Low Gross Bob Collins – Garrison, 1st Low Net LeroyLittlefield – Inverary

2nd Low Gross Carl Stacey – Picton, 2nd Low Net Wayne Carey – Amherstview

70 + age group
