Ha Na Jang was dominant in winning the LPGA HSBC Women’s Champions in Singapore. No one could catch the Korean golfer as she blew away the field with a -19 total over The Serapong Course at Sentosa Golf Club. It was her second win this year.
Meanwhile Canada’s Brooke Henderson continued her streak of top ten finishes for 2016. The teen from Smiths Falls added a final round 71 (-1) to her opening rounds of 70, 71, and 67 to finish the tournament at 279 (-9). That earned her a share of 9th place in the star-studded field, alongside Gerina Piller, Stacy Lewis, and Suzann Pettersen.
For her effort Henderson earned (USD) $30,779. That puts her 8th on the LPGA Money List at $207, 445 and 7th on the Race To The CME Globe rankings.
The LPGA will now have a short break, returning on March 17th with the playing of the JTBC Founders Cup in Arizona.
