The Ottawa-Gatineau Slammer Tour has kicked off their outdoor season. After a winter of competing on simulators the amateur tour headed for the edge of the St. Lawrence Seaway on March 17th to compete at the Prescott Golf Club. It was the 1st of seven events that have already been played in 2012.
The Slammer Tour expects to run 250 match-play ladder events in 2012.
Currently leading the way on the Slammer Tour Rankings presented by Combat Hockey is Jerry Stewart, who retains the #1 ranking from the 2011 season.
