Adam Searle of the Bay of Quinte Golf Club got the 2011 K-Rock St.Lawrence Tour off to a great start.
Searle shot 68 on Wednesday at the Amherstview Golf Club on win the Proderick Family Junior Invitational, the first event of the year on the tour.
Searle has already qualified for the Ontario Provincial Junior Championships that will be hosted by his home club in mid-July so expect him to be a contender in his own backyard.

Graduates of the St. Lawrence Jr. Tour include Nationwide Tour member and winner Jon Mills and PGA Tour member Matt McQuillan along with several Canadian Tour members such as Brad Revell and Oliver Tubb.
