Historic Cataraqui Golf & Country Club in Kingston, Ontario has put the word out, asking for volunteers to help them with a provincial championship to be contested at the club next month (June).
“We are looking for volunteers to assist the Professional Staff and Golf Ontario Staff on June 17, 18 and 19th,” said the notice posted by Head Professional Iain Reston on the club’s social media channels.
The tournament is the long-standing Eastern Provinces Championship, now held concurrently with the Golf Ontario Provincial Women’s Match Play Championship.
Positions required: Forecaddies, Scoring, Standard Bearers and Walking Scorers.
Golf Ontario will provide all volunteers with a #GolfOntario polo, said the notice.
