Golfers seeking more stability from their putter and interested in the latest Odyssey Ai-One putter technologies will be very happy today. The company has revealed their new Ai-One Cruiser putter line-up. It includes the Jailbird Cruiser putter successfully used by Wyndham Clark to go low and win the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am last weekend.
The five model-lineup also includes the #7 Cruiser, Double Wide, #7 Arm Lock, and #7 CS Broomstick Models. The variety addresses the needs of golfers chasing stability through mass, length, and alternative putting styles.
Each sports the new Ai-designed Ai-One insert the company launched in a full putter line last month, which focusses in providing more consistent ball speeds across the larger portion of the putter face. They all have a classy navy blue PVD finish.
The Jailbird, #7 Cruiser, and Double Wide models are each 38” long with a 17” grip that’s ideal for players to grip down on to get a counter-balance effect for more stroke stability and slower head release. The #7 Arm Lock is 42” in a face-balanced design for enhanced stability, and the Broomstick is 48” long with a split grip.
Among the models you will find the SL 140 and 200 shafts, much heavier than normally used in putters, designed to complement the heavier heads, longer grips and longer overall lengths of these models.
Additional fine tuning is available in the models through interchangeable front weights in 5, 10, 15, and 20 gram increments.
