While many golfers are yet to get their season started, being April and all, Austin Greenham is taking full advantage of the early start to the golf year in Eastern Ontario.
It was raining on Monday morning, but that did not stop the Prescott Golf Club member from making a perfect short on the club’s ninth hole while playing with fellow member Marc Floreal.
More remarkably, it’s the second time this month that Greenham has found this type of good fortune.
Back on April 9th, on the second day the club was open for the season, he recorded a one on the par-3, 17th hole at the course, a shot his playing partners called “absolutely perfect.”
While most of us are looking ahead and hoping for a great year of golf, the rest of the season is just a bonus for Austin Greenham who is already off to the best start possible!
A heads up to his potential playing partners, keep your wallets in your pockets if he wants to make any bets when you step up to a par three.
Steven Martineau, the General Manager at Prescott Golf Club, commentated on the accomplishments of Greenham. “Incredible is all I can say. Has only been a member for around three years but plays quite a bit. Now has three holes in one!”
